DMP or IVA ??
Hi - today I posted my IVA forms off - I then came on here and saw that someone had rung up one of their creditors and managed to arrange a DMP. Have I been hasty ? This was with MBNA - my biggest creditor - should I still ring them - if I set up a DMP can I then still include them in an IVA ? Help !!

Hi Mr C

Hi MrC

Make sure that you have been fully appraised of all options available to you by your IP, and have this confirmed in writing (this is now a legal requirement) so that you can ensure you are making the right choice.
