Question about a DMP

it is mentioned in all literature that your creditors do not have to stop adding interest rate or late paymentcharges on your o/s debts.

However, it seems some are more reasonable than others.

Can anyone comment if they have had success under a DMP with the above with the following companies ?

Egg
Barclays
MBNA
M&S
Halifax

Have been warned that MBNA is unlikley, which worries as it my largest debt (15k CC).

Hi Rich,

We've enjoyed the support of all of these organisations when they've been presented with a fair proposal on behalf of a client doing their best to repay debt as quickly as they can.

Thanks for the info.

With this level of debt DMP might not be the way forward

Few more questions.

Are you a home owner
What is the mortgage
Is it in joint names
Are the debts joint
are you and or you partner
