Hi Davidkg and welcome to the forum,

You sholuld include all of your unsecured debts in an IVA application. Secured debts would not be included.

Kind regards,

I am probably answering out of turn here as it's not my area of expertise, but I believe all your unsecured debt must be included.

Hi David,

As others have mentioned all unsecured debt must be included in the IVA. Is there any reason why you would want to exclude any of your debts? How would you pay them off if they weren't included in the IVA?
