Further update on this story!

Had a call earlier about my position.

In fairness to him he is only doing his job as set out in the arrangement.

We agreed as to how we could proceed and agreed the amount to be placed in my solicitor's clients account which he has agreed but he needs to be protected which I agreed to and there was no argument there.

We then discussed the basis of the variation and he agreed that the hit was very severe.

I suggested that in order to get any success that we had to pay something so i am going to put some proposals to him which he is going to review and discuss with me so that he can support the variation.

So let's see what happens but many thanks for all your support!

Well I have written to my supervisor giving a long list of reasons for the variation and a compensatory level of interest.

Let's see what happens!!!
