I do have a slight problem though, in november i applied for a deferred loan for a computer course which isn't payable until november this year. can i include this or will it be judged as an inappropriate credit application. You will not be able to avoid a CSA debt under bankruptcy proceedings, but your other debts will be included - as well as the deferred loan.
