dear BR experts, soon the CSA will be demanding money from me that will force me into BR. I do have a slight problem though, in november i applied for a deferred loan for a computer course which isn't payable until november this year. can i include this or will it be judged as an inappropriate credit application. I did pay a £950 deposit 20% of the course fees, and i was not expecting the CSA thing. please advise on this issue Many thanks

Hi cjn and welocme to the forum

You will not be able to avoid a CSA debt under bankruptcy proceedings, but your other debts will be included - as well as the deferred loan.
