My husband is looking at entering into an IVA within the next couple of weeks - we have a mortgage in joint names - do I have to enter into the iva with him and will it effect my credit rating?

Hi donnag and welcome to the forum

So long as you have no unsecured debts that you are unable to manage, and IVA is not necessary for you. His IVA may affect your credit rating, given that you are a married couple.
