I had a chicken kebab last night and am led to believe that Mel is also a kebab fan!!!

Others are right, put down what you actually spend, dont fiddle with figures just to get things to work.

That said if you are allowed say £30 a month for car insurance and manage to get it cheaper,my IP has advised that any savings are mine to keep,so future reviews have to be calculated carefully.

I used to do virtual shopping trips with Asda, Tesco etc every week, to see what deals they had and would go to the cheapest.

I also look at reduced stuff and we buy a fair bit of the Value and Smart Price stuff as well.

I shop in several shops on a Saturday and although it sounds boring it's actually good fun and even my hubby now joins in with knowing various prices and he picks up every special offer leaflet there is about.

Some weeks, I just have to shop in one place as I don't have the time but generally we can do 4 or 5 shops on a Saturday and it really is amazing how much you can potentially save.

My daughter works there, so I find the 10% off most useful. I do find it the cheapest of our big supermarkets as well though.

we don't have a local Asda however, I love George clothing so when I go I normally treat myself to something small (well ok a size 16-18) but small in cost!

I love Sainsburys, but do find it very expensive compared against Tesco and Asda.

It is vital to have a realistic budget that reflects the true value of your outgoings at review if things have gone up then always put the new amount down on your I&E form

I've just been on Quidco website and notice that Asda are now offering 1% cashback on shopping and that includes delivery charge!

Must admit that I have never used online shopping. I like to go and have a look around, especially as our Asda has things on offer which aren't in the online shop.
