Do I inform landlord of possible IVA

Hi guys, just at initial stage of setting an IVA up. I've been asked to send to my IP a copy of my tenancy agreement (amoung other things).

While this is not a problem, I was wondering if I should let my letting agency know of my possible IVA.

Would my IP or creditors have much contact with my letting agency, or with my employers come to think of it. I'm not trying to hide anything from anyone, but would rather let various parties know from me rather than my IP.

Any advice would be great

No need to inform your landlord (unless you're in arrears with the rent, or if the rental contract itself specifically says that you have to tell them about an IVA). If it doesn't, then I wouldn't tell the letting agency either.

Your IP should need no contact with your letting agency nor your employers.

They should use your tenancy ageement to verify your rent in your income & expenditure
