Hi I am 4.5 years into my IVA with G&T they have claimed £8000 in ppi from the creditors. Was told no more ppi to claim back, however RBS contacted me about ppi on a loan I had 10 years ago. This has nothing to do with my IVA, do I need to declare this to ip???

Hi Mal. Yes you do need to declare it and, I imagine GT will want it. The source of the PPI isn't really relevant. An asset is an asset and GT consider all assets fair game.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

You should declare it, and leave it up to the IP whether they want to pursue a claim or not. Do you have any other debts with RBS included into the IVA?
