do i need to include child tax credits

when you are asked for income details do i need to include child tax and working families tax credits and child benefit payments

hi and welcome yes to working tax cedits but child benefit i dont know but i think on another post one of the experts siad it didnt but dont quote me one of the experts will be along and say

in Bankruptcy they do not count as income ... according to the insolvency services guidelines ...

Its about time that IVA's came into line with BR !

When I put my tax credits and family allowences down on my expenditure list, my IVA company actually changed the amounts as they worked it out as a yearly amount broken down into 12 payments, rather than one monthly payment. As I get my payments made every 4 weeks this means that there is one month where two payments fall in one month. So if your company does the same your payments actually work out a tadge more each month than you actually receive each month.
Hope this makes sense, it can actually make your monthly incomings slightly more than you actually receive, which may only be a few pounds but it is alot when you are budgeting.
