DO LLOYDS TSB SELL ON THERE DEBTS

can anybody sell me if lloyds tsb sell on any of there debts there one of my creditors

That's one of mine that hasn't yet gone to Max Recovery yet John Paul ... but LloydsTSB are my main debtor!

say skint i took out a 7.5k loan with them 9k thats whats ountstanding would you call that a small debt

Tje debt they sold of mine was only £1000, however i have another with them for £20000. They didnt sell that one.

the 1k one must be a credit card and the other one must be a loan they might sell it skint you just dont know i got these 2 letters today could be a blessing if hfc sell and lloyds sell my debt on to them as if looks bad on there books

The smaller of he debts was an overdraft, the other was a loan.

i had a overdraft with them with my bank account before i went over to natwest the overdraft was put into the dmp plan when mu manager said keep that account as we will deal with lloyds tsb putting money into it to pay of your loan plus overdraft

That's interesting ... I wonder if Max are only buying the little debts ... that would make sense as I suppose creditors get more of a return on the larger debts? Think that equates anyway!

max will pay only 10p in the £ to companys like lloyds tsb mbna etc etc and depends on what dividends they will get back and see if you are a high risk for them to buy your debt

max recovery do take high risks some they win and some the loose
