Hi
Sorry,we only help people to address their debt problems and to find a solution.
I suggest that you search the web for 'debt recovery'
Good luck

You would need to issue the debtor with a statutory demand, a copy of which can be easily downloaded from the Insolvency Service's website, and issue this to the person - is it an individual or a limited company which owes the money? Following this you could apply for a bankruptcy petition (individual) or a winding-up petition (company), but there is no guarantee that this would result in you recovering your money, and you could be throwing good money after bad.

I have never run my own business but I have total admiration for those who start their own companies or run small shops and restaurants - if I was 18 again I think I would have a go!!!! But reading sunny 1's post it must be a nightmare for a small business when you are let down financially by a customer - (not talking about banks here) - and it just goes to show how problems can hit any side of a business agreement.
47 months completed - 13 months to go.
