Documentary on debt this fri at 7:30 might be interesting.

It includes:

- Andy who bought 4 pubs on credit cards and was then made bankrupt owing £250,000 (impressive)

- Jools the bi-polar manic depressive who was done for fraud (and then let off) after getting a loan of at least £15,000 when she was on benefits

- Suzie who's husband killed himself because the bank kept harassing him to pay off a business debt he had secured against his home

- Three students who got £32,000 credit between them in an afternoon with no income to show for themselves.

Sadly, they had no space in the programme for a young woman who got a credit card with a £3,500 limit by saying she was Indiana Jones, architect, earning £80,000 a year on the form.
