Hi all just wanted to say that i have now collected and posted all the documents requested by the company dealing with my iva.
Can i say what a relief that was just getting them in the post i guess now they will contact me with some form of proposal.
Also i wanted to say that i read the posts every day and somehow it keeps me strong so thankyou for that xx

I have now posted all our documents and just waiting for a meeting to be arranged, It is a huge relief to have even got through this stage. I now am getting more phone calls than ever and letters now so hopefully it won't be too long.

I think I am at the same stage as you! Made inital contact a week ago sent all my paperwork (after much stressing to find it all) and returned last week, paid first installment fee and now waiting for...whatever is next. Eek!

Dont you all think it helps so much to know that your not the only one going through this at the same time. I to have been recieving the phone calls but i just take a deep breath before answering the phone and tell whoever it is what i was told to tell them and put the phone down finding it easier now. im not sure what happens next so just waiting really does anyone know how this all works???

It is a good feeling that there are so many people on here that you can talk to, that understand, particularly if you are like me and haven't told anyone else.

Good way of dealing with the phone calls as well.

This forum is an absolute godsend to me even though I don't post much advice because I don't feel that I understand enough yet. Without me being able to log on here I really would be lost! I am just ahead of you in the process with my creditors meeting booked for the 21st July. I hope all goes well for you all and will watch for when you have your meetings to wish you luck and root for you.
