Hi
My full & Final was accepted 1st October and paid on the 4th.
While I wait for my certificate, my mother has been diagnosed with dementia and I am to be named as power of attorney.
Will my IVA affect me being an attorney?
Many thanks

I became a POA for my father whilst still in my IVA and had no problems at all.

I, also, had POA for my father during my IVA with no issues.

Thank you all for your replies.
My siblings do not know I was in an IVA - would it come to light through POA?
Thank you

You will be ok with POA - I was listed as my mums throughout our iva and my god mother's.
