Does an IVA class as a CCJ?

No completely different. An IVA is a legally binding contract for 5 years possibly 6 and is registered with the Insolvency Service and a CCJ is registered by the county court.

A CCJ is issued when you do not pay a debt and is usually the steps a creditor will take to get the money out of you. The courts will then deal with the debt.
It has nothing to do with an IVA.

Ok, it was just that at the top of my legal document it was from the local 'county court' so i was a little wooried. But it does say 'in the matter of the insolvency act 1986' just below.
