Thank you. They are handling mine and hopefully things will be ok. I was just worried because they asked for a payment but i phoned today and they assured me it was in an account waiting to pay creditors.

I will give them another week and ring them again if i don't hear anything. They said today my proposal should be with me in a week at the latest and upto 4 weeks to complete if approved.

well done. i hope it goes well for you. i can't help wondering why they ask some people for payments and others not. Maybe it is to do with the creditors i have got. I will ring and ask.
How long did it take for yours from beginning to being approved i first phoned on 12th Jan and filled in forms a few days later
