Does anyone know how long Payplan are taking to issue completion certificates? I made my final payment on 01/02/12 and was advised at the time that I heed do nothing more and my paperwork would all be completed in a couple of months. A few weeks ago, after hearing nothing more, I contacted my case officer who informed me the delay was due to the vat issue but that my claim had been agreed by HMRC and they were just waiting for the funds to be paid back into the pot. I sent my case officer an email over a week ago to see if she could give me a rougj idea how much longer it would be, but as yet I've had no reply, and they are impossible to get hold of on the phone. From the seven or so different case officers I've had, with direct dial numbers, not one single one works!

Sit tight. They may still be waiting on HMRC.
Quick to take money off us but not as quick paying it back [:)]

HI Jmm

I am also with payplan my FF was accepted in April so early days for me. But I do have a good contact within payplan that is very helpful. Ive been told it will be 2 to 3 months before I receive my completion certificate. I had many issues with payplan, you best bet is to talk to Gemma Burton, contact her my email. She is one of the experts on the forum and you will be able to find her details on this site. Her email is however gemma.burton@payplan.com best wishes Rich
