Hi there

No it should not but there are some jobs which will not allow bankrupcy or iva,s. The best thing to do is to check your contract of employment. The types of job I think tend to be the ones with financial institutions. I am just another in debt so please also wait for other answers.

You would need to check the terms of your employment, as some banks may have specific requirements to notify them of IVA or bankruptcy proceedings.
