does my house hold assets count

i dont own my home so does my house hold assets count and will they be recovered such as tv bed furniture exc/ and is there a giude book listing what they will recover ?

Hi,

I wonder if you could divulge more about your situation?

Are you in an IVA or are you bankrupt?

Unless those items are of exceptional value or are subject to rental or lease agreements, then I don't think they can be removed from your home.

However, if you are subject to nither of the above but have a CCJ, it is possible that items could be recovered from your home, if a warrant of execution is given.

It doesn't really matter in what context - they are exempt assets in all insolvencies. But Cybus does make a valid point about CCJs from which they are at risk.
