Does the IVA cover both me and my wife? Or would this be 2 separate IVA's?

Cheers

OUr IVA will be a joint one and covers both of us, I think you have to discuss it with whichever IP you use.

Hi Batman and Welcome,

Eventhough you and your wife can have a joint IVA proposal, there is actually no such thing as a joint IVA. They will be voted on seperately but I believe the term your I.P will use is an inter-locking IVA meaning that one is reliant on the other and that you are both sharing the disposable income.
