Under R3 continuing trust even though IVA completed in 07/12 with certificate of completion dated 07/12 can IP still have the PPI from my claim even after the recent court case .Does the R3 now still stand after court case and completion certificate stating that debts are now cleared.

If you specifically agreed to PPI being included in the continuing trust it will be captured by the IVA regardless of the court proceedings.

The current ruling is likely to be appealed ( leave to appeal has been requested) and so the ruling won't carry any weight until there is a final determination.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Foggy's response is right but bear in mind that Grant Thornton are sending out letters for old IVA's at the moment.

Any response these days now seems to be based on who is doing what.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
