i applied for an i va. most of mt debt was to lloydstsb and at the time they had voted agaist i va so i could not proceed, does this still stand or have they changed their vote

I believe that if your Lloyds debt is more tha 75% of your total debt then they will reject.

Please specify who you owed money to, the amounts and in the case of LloydsTSB how long you have owed them. Also if Lloyds were the major creditor (over 25%) then your IP should have been aware of their criteria before submitting an IVA for you.
