Results in grade 1 mast cell tumour removed, vet pleased as thats the best one if you are going to have one. Surgery should be a complete cure but we will be watching Taz like a hawk and checking him for lumps and bumps weekly to be sure we catch anything early as it makes a massive difference to outcomes.

Thanks for the best wishes he and I appreciate them all.

Paul & Taz(woof)(plenty woofing at the vets!!!!)

That's good news Paul and I hope you don't find any more lumps or bumps.

My mum's dog actually likes going to the vets - if you walk her past the entrance she pulls to go in - mad!

Positive news about the tumour and so glad that surgery should have seen that off. I don't blame you for watching her like a hawk now, I would be too.

xx

6 of my 8 labrador's newborn puppies are with the vet since Tuesday because 2 have died already for some weird reason. There are no complications when they were brought out and we reckon that it is with farvo that took its toll against weak puppies.

2 have already died within 2 weeks of being and we are looking to stop the bleeding. I just hope though that things turn for the better in the coming days.

Taz at vets today for booster and to check a little lump on tummy, vet thinks maybe fatty deposit, maybe something else so poor b***** is booked back in for another little op next tuesday. Lump appears to be in mammary tissue area so vet said we could leave it and monitor but I'd sooner they took it out and found out what it was. He was a good boy in there today even laid down and rolled over on command for the vet to rub his belly(and get a feel of the lump).

Positive thinking all round and we will all do just fine.
