Well we can now confirm that mine & my wifes IVA has been approved.
The wait has been worth it, and Tom (IVA Advice Bureau)has worked hard in getting the last 2 creditors votes in to approve our IVA.

We must show our appreciation for Tina, Ang, Tom and not forgetting Melanie Giles. Through their hard work our lives our now back on track, and in 5 years free of debt.

Far from being deluded; we realise their will be ups & downs during the next 60 months, but we are determined to see this through.

Thanks very much to this forum, and its contributors whose guidance and advice as been priceless.

That`s brilliant news Sinking Fast...Hope you keep posting to let us know how you find things and adjust in the early stages of your IVA.
I imagine the relief that you`ll able to regain some order to finances is a good feeling.
