Seems not...

Although my PPI has been handled and rinced to death by DRSP, the impending appeal we all know about has got the IP`s worried and forcing us to sign the following doc or no CoC.
Whats everyones thoughts, firstly at the fact they claim they can withhold your CoC and secondly, the 15% they want of all post PPI claims!

It's badly flawed anyway and will still cause problems for them but that not your issue.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I think the issue is that many Banks are having to revisit PPI claims dealt with in the past. This means the IP has to revisit claims too.

As long as the assignment docs are signed they can issue your CC - if not, unfortunately you will have to wait for them to complete their PI enquiries again before they can move to give you the CC.

It makes no difference to you anyway so personally I would just sign it but if you are unsure then you should take legal advice.
