Hi hy7

I think all debtors start to worry when their review comes up, this is natural. However, if you have been servicing your IVA within the terms set out to you by your IP, then you should have nothing to worry about.

Good luck with your review.

Welcome to the forum hy7!!

I.P's will usually hold reveiws annually, but you might want to check your terms and conditions report to see if it clearly states how often a review is required.

I would think that your I.P will contact you when it is getting closer to your anniversary date.

Try not to worry as much, you are now in the IVA and making regular payments to your creditors. There is no need to be worried about the IVA failing [:D]
