Iva started 2009 have a 12 month extension , equity, so to cut a long story short, I, ve been paying a listed creditor every month since I started, even though on the paperwork they say that they have not received payment s from my ip, called my ip , they told me to stop paying, which I have, ip will investigate to get the money back, I asked my ip can I use that money as a settlement ? , STILL waiting to hear

Hi Khorat. That will be up to your IP.

If it was coming out of your agreed allowances you could argue that this is no different from modest savings, which you can make from allowances.

I imagine, if they get it back, it will take some time to sort out, by which time a settlement will be too close to the end anyway.

If you have already done 1 this year that would unusual and normally a final review is done next year but from what I understand it is more linked to capturing any potential change in income and just working out if any final money is owed.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

You will have annual reviews right up to the end, including one at the end.
