Hello, I'm currently in the process of having my iva drafted.
I'd like to know if pockit prepaid card accounts are listen on the credit file and if it's possible to transfer my housekeeping / food budget to my parents since I do not leave the house at all unless it's for medical reasons (sever social anxiety).
A pre-paid card is not a debt or credit facility and, therefore, should not be listed on the IVA and passing funds to parents to do your housekeeping spending for you should present no problems.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
