Hi,
I have done the thing that i have been DREADING!! all week and sent off my 12 wage slips , P60 and new I&E for my 1st Annual Review by E-Mail.

To say that i have completed a year of the IVA is good news BUT!! sometimes it has been a slight struggle and other months OK!
What with the cost of living increasing slightly i am glad that i have at least tried my best to sort out my debt problem.

My only worry is will they massively increase payments as this year i am about £54 worse off.

Why would your IP increase your payments if you have less money available Andrew?

The only time an IP would increase a client's payment, is genuinely if their information indicated that this would be affordable. If you are £54 worse off, your IP will be more concerned that you can continue to afford the payments at the existing level to be honest.

Andrew I know exactly how you feel, I felt the same the other week, you see it and you panic, Jan on here (Kallis) talked me down and I'm fine now. I've got all but Jan 09's payslips ready and as soon as I get them they'll all be off.

I've stopped worrying so much but know I'll have the feeling of panic again when I actually post mine.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Andrew, I'm sure your review will be fine. If you can't afford to pay anymore and you have proof of increases, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Got mine coming up in 3 months - I'll probably be the one coming on for support myself then!

I've just done my third annual review today, I will add that every time it comes round, I feel apprehensive about it going up and being asked to cut back on a tight budget so the IP can increase the payment to creditors.

Having said that payments stayed the same last review, so I kind of hope they do the same again.
