Hi everyone, just thought i'd log and for a chat whilst work is a bit quiet.Feeling really horrible today and fed up.I had the worst nights sleep so far last night.I thought that our case being accepted by Melanie and returning all our paperwork last week i was starting to feel a bit more positive but i had a dream that there were these men and they were after our youngest son unless we paid them and we had to hide him,and i was pleading with them that we needed more time. The next minute he was gone and i didn't know how it had happened and then i woke up.I know it's just a dream and obviously our current situation is manifesting itself etc etc.
However when you wake up at 3 in the morning and the other half is sound asleep beside you and you feel alone it was just horrible.Part of me wanted to go back to sleep to "rescue my son" and the other part of me made me get up and check on him and then i went and sat downstairs for a while.I'm sorry to go on and i know there are people worse off , guess it's just an off day.
Hope everyone else is having a better day especially as i hear there has been an earthquake in parts where i know some of you are from
thanx for reading/listening xxx
CAN'T BUY ME LOVE !!

We have all had days and nights like that and a lot of people on the forum still do. Try to busy yourself and forget it for a while. Like you said, its just a dream but sometimes they feel so real.
Things will start to settle soon but in the mean time we are all here to support you and pick you up xxx

Hi Trees I can remember having a dream like that once i woke up sobbing and like you kids were at the park and i had to go to check they were ok. Its just a dream, as you say stress manifests itself in many ways. You will be fine just one of those days we all have.

Hi Trees57, try not to worry, dreams can sometimes be an outlet for stress and anxiety. I sometimes have horrible, very realistic dreams where I wake myself up sobbing that leave a emptiness inside. You're most probably still very stress and upset by all what's happened to you and yours lately. Have a hot bath, cup of Horlicks and a good night's sleep tonight, xxxx
It's nice to be back......

Hi guys, thanks for the quick responses and being a chocoholic it's got to be hot choccie 2nite!! LOL.It's lovely being able to put your feelings down and have people advise/ sympathise.
In the daylight you do tend to feel stupid for the way it seemed to affect you,i just seem to have these massive mood swings and the other half doesn't know what kind of mood i'm going to be in from one minute to the next !!
Don't get me wrong he is supportive and he says "we'll do whatever you think",but he's not a worrier and sometimes i'd like to not do the thinking and just be told what to do!!(mind you i wouldn't like him to do that for long,so i guess he can't win :)anyway i best get back to work will check in on you all on my break later thanks again xx

Skippy I love the caramel horlicks and they have stopped making it. I think they are selling it off as I havent seen any for a while. Saw some in poundland and bought 3 packs 1 and a half kilo's. Went back today and bought another 1kg should keep me going for a while. Limit myaself to one a day, though its light and only made with water I dont think its that good, ooh sweet and lovely sort of toffee taste.

I once had a dream about a plane crash and that I couldn't save anyone, I had it analysed and this is what I was told....My life was very turbulent and troubled and I felt that it was out of my control. The fact that I couldn't save anyone was indicative of my helpless feeling and that I couldn't find a solution to all the problems I had. I had the dream around 15yrs ago, while I was going through a particularly bad time in my life, but I still remember it as if I dreamt it last night. Strange isn't it?
It's nice to be back......

I tried 14 pints of beer and a curry, and i slept like a baby.

I cried all night, woke at 4am, and i had soiled my pants.
