Hi,

If in my case i do not have to pay an IPA/IPO when and how could i apply for an early discharge as it is only the house to deal with which hopefully i wont have to for too much longer. As in matt,s case he does not either have to pay an IPO/IPA could he too apply for an early discharge or is it down to the OR.

Thanks

(I apologise for my keyboards poor spelling and grammar)

Hi Coco

You don't apply for your discharge, the Official Receiver will grant if to you when he is ready. The rules are generally one year, and I think that this is more than fair, although some Official Recievers will actually grant at an earlier stage just to get the file off their desk!
