Just got email from my IP and he confirmed me his supervisor approved early settlement offer also requested me to provide him donor ID and some other details. Hopefully later he will arrange variation meeting with creditors once his supervisor approved variation documents . IP also mentioned his email "once the funds have been received into the holding account I will be in a position to draft the variation documents"
Also he mentioned his email he can not foresee any reason why creditors reject the offer. Just waiting for good out come.

You shouldn't have to pay any funds until the f&f is agreed...
IVA started Aug 2012
F&F agreed 7th September 2015
CC received 4th March 2016

I spoke with my IP about the fund holding. He confirmed me he only holding it for show it creditor as a confirmation . If creditors accept than IP will distribute it , if reject than money will give to back my friend account.
I don't know is it really work like that!!! But my friend early settlement offer letter was written " I will be able to make the payment with in one week of being informed that my offer has been accepted"

You don't have to pay the funds up front however it does make the offer more attractive and show willing to creditors as the IP can report he is already in funds and can distribute quickly (!) if creditors accept the variation. If its rejected they can give the funds back.

It helps to speed things up.
