HI all your such an amazing bunch so positive and supportive.

Please can you help me regarding my settlement. The start of my iva was 20,000 and i am paying 52p in the £1. I have been in my iva for 2 years and payed 5,800 and i am ready to settle what do you think would be a acceptable offer to my creditors to get a F+F settlement without it been rejcted. My ip has suggested still offering the 52p in the £1 do you think i could offer a lower amount to be accepted. (7,000 is ip fees so all in all i am paying 17,000)

Speak to you all soon[:)]

I would not recommend that you offered lower than the 52p in the £, but at the end of the day it will depend upon where you are getting the money from and how much you will need to pay back to the funder.
