i know this is probably on here somewhere. i'm just to lazy to look.

are you allowed to sell on ebay if your in an iva??? i've got loads of junk i was thinking of listing. i could do a car boot, but i don't do early mornings. i'm a lazy bag

I've read on here before that if you're selling your own second hand stuff then you are allowed to keep the money you make. If you were buying and selling like a business then that would be different. I sell on ebay all the time, I've got that much junk, prob couldn't survive without those pennies! X

I use EBay all time as well. I put stuff on last week when it was 5p listing day and have a few items which are selling at the moment.
As Viki says, if it's not a business then you are entitled to keep what you make.

If you're anything like me it won't be a lot but it does get rid of a lot of stuff.
