Our kitchen is too small for a dishwasher unfortunately. If we had a dishwasher it would mean Harry not having a cat flap!

AR, I'll send the EU the bill for new lights if I can't get bulbs to fit!

I think we would sacrifice most things to replace dishwasher, tumbledryer and washing machine.

Could not do without any of them now.

I agree bout dishwasher and washer, D/W is the best thing we ever bought.
Tumble only goes on once every two weeks or so. Underwear is all washed at same time so it gets dried that way. no way I could hang nearly 100 items each time. LOL

There's only three of us so it's not too bad. I do peg out in the summer though. The problem with our garden is that it doesn't get the sun on the washing until late afternoon during the autumn/winter so it never dries.

I peg out when I can and in the winter we have the rayburn lit in the kitchen so I hang washing over a line at night and it is all dry in the morning.I put washer and dishwasher on in the evening as our economy 7 is split. We have 2 hours from 10.30 and the other 5 hours in the middle of the night.
