When applying for an IVA can you put details of a joint debt if the other person is not filing and will this mean the other person is then laible for the whole debt or half of it or none of it?

Hi

All debts unsecured debts that are in your name, joint or single will need to be included in an IVA. The other person would be liable for the whole joint debt if they do not take out an IVa
Steve.

IVA approved!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Steve is right.
You would have to put your joint debts down but that would make the other liable for the debt.
