Egg have just sent me an e-mail saying they have recived a cheque today, which i assume is what my IP sent out as part of the full and final settlment, but then on the e-mail it states that this will go to reducing my debt, but my iva is concluded and so all my debts are clear.

Can some one advice of this or do i need to do something?

I'd phone your Ip and have a word with them.

It might just be an automated letter.

Don't worry - EGG have their knockers crossed - your F&F is final and been accepted. Takes time for the paperwork to get sorted. Send it to your old IP.

Congratulations on the F&F being accepted.
Its just the same with most creditors unfortunately, it takes time for all of the paperwork to filter through to the right department.
