Hi,

I have completed though Egg has not updated my credit file with "Satisfied" like the other. Instead they were showing £618 "Default"...

I contacted Experian about this and there is now a notification on my file. Egg say that's the current balance when Experian contacted them.

I just logged on again and the balance has changed to £400 but it should show "Satisfied".

I have asked my IP to send final report to them again.

Any history of Egg not updating things or casuing issues.. . such as trying to get back all the money?

Not heard of Egg trying to get any money back. Doesn't matter anyway as they can't.

It is probably just a case of one department not talking to another. It will be sorted.
