Someone once said that more than 4 eggs per week caused high cholestrol readings - but then if you beleive all that you read you wouldn't eat everything.

I've read that while they are high in cholesterol they are also high in good things. I've come to the conclusion that if we followed all the 'advice' we read we'd starve to death!

I agree skip. I vary anyway and we may not have any one week and more the next. Only important if you do have high cholesterol.

Eggs are great for brekky as their protein so keeps you full for longer, if I have scrambled egg for breakfast, I don't pick anything until lunch, but if I have weetabix then I'm starving by 11am and then the chocolate comes out.

I never seem to feel hungry to be honest. When i do eat, its more out of nececcity than hunger.

Hubby's like that Mrs Skint, we never go out for meals as he doesn't see the point, he says it's just fuel. He eats the same meals everyday, doesn't like to change. I love food though and if I could afford it, I'd eat out in a different restaurant every night! X

I feel sick and dizzy if I don't eat! Dave can go all day without eating, but I need 3 meals a day and a couple of bits in between to stop me feeling funny!
