I'm just the same, Ang. If I don't have Brekkie, I feel really sick and Dizzy. Years ago, I worked in a Doctors Surgery and one of the Docs used to ask us all what we had for Brekkie and if it wasn't a full english, he'd lecture us saying that Breakfast was the most important meal of the day, even if that was the only meal you had for the rest of the day.[:D]

More than 4 eggs a day causes (horrendous constipation he shared knowingly)
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Plastic, I think your post went over people's heads!!!!!!! It made me smile.[:D][:D]

I have breakfast when I am work, usually cereal or toast. On a late shift I don't bother, but I do have something to eat at lunchtime.

Love eggs. We're having sausage, egg and chips tonight.

When I was on the Atkins diet, I had at least two everyday.

Wizzard - too much information I think![:D][:D]

I lost about 5 stones in all. It does give you bad breath, and you can suffer from constipation, but you are never hungry. I used to have bacon and eggs most days, anything without carbs. It is a bummer that you can't eat bread or spuds or drink alcohol.

It took me about 6 months to lose that, but as soon as I stopped, I pigged out and put it all back on again! That's my problem - if I'm in the mood to do it, I'll stick to it rigidly, but once I stop, I go back to normal eating again!

Thanks Jan! The bad breath and constipation has put me off trying that one!

Plenty of breath freshener and sennacot cures that, skip!

You can have lots of eggies on Slimming World. I've recently lost 3st thanks to bacon & eggies in the morning. Love it, but if you have high cholestrol you have to be a bit careful with the amount of eggies you consume. I am ok, my cholestrol is really low. Kazzy x

Well done on the weight loss Kazzy, it's great when you lose such a lot. Don't do what I do though, and put it straight back on again![:D]

Hi Kallis, yeah know what you mean. I have to be SO careful as I only have to look at a cream cake and I've gained 3lb. Have been doing it since beginning of January but have to watch everything so carefully and go through waves of motivation. Still a way to go, but I plod on. Have stopped giving myself goals as I put myself under too much pressure and am gutted when I fail. Hey ho, onwards and upwards. Kazzy x
