Hi All,

Hope you are all well ?

Just a quick note. Has anyone received the pink spotty letter yet from EIC (acting on behalf of Grant Thornton) regarding PPI claims yet ?

I spoke with EIC again today. As at first i was informed I should have received it on 16th April, then I called them on 19th and they told me they didn't include my house number on the delivery address so it went back to them, then informed I should then receive it on 26th April, but called again today (13th May) to be told they would send an email (could take 5 to 10 days) to there other department but may take another two weeks for letter to appear [:(]

I'm just curious how long it may have taken other forum members to receive a reply from GT once they completed the forms ?

On another note did GT mass variations complete and has anyone received their completion certificate but still have PPI claims ongoing ?.

Thanks everyone,
All the best,

Regards Daz (webspark)

Completion Certificate Received 2nd October 13. [:)]

Had pink spotty letter, returned signed copies, phone call within 3 weeks to go through ppi info. Heard nothing from GT in over 4 months, only contact from EIC. No idea whats going on with MVM, still waiting for completion certificate, nearly 6months since last payment.

I paid my last payment end of feb 2013, so i'm probably looking at christmas if i'm lucky for my CC [:(], and that's providing GT are issueing completion certificates whilst ppi ongoing i would have thought.

Hope you get your CC soon louiseh [:)]

I sent back my pink spotty letter a few weeks ago but hadn't heard anything. Realised I'd been getting missed calls but no messages from an 0141 number. Called it back and it was EIC who said they hadn't received my forms. I said I had sent them and they have marked them as being received. So I guess there is a lot of them going missing but it wouldn't harm for EIC to have left me a message. If I hadn't called I wouldn't know anything about it.

I made a F&F payment last July and no nearer a completion certificate it would seem. Think that getting it some time in 2013 might possibly be reasonable (GT didn't receive my MVM response so wasnt included in recent meetings. Have emailed it but no idea when anything will happen. Will call them again at some point (waiting for email response for email sent on 16th April)).
Paid F&F in July 2012 and received CC in July 2013 :-)

From what I have read/heard and seen from my own involvement, EIC couldn't arrange a nice quiet drink in a wine bar.
