Well its only dropping an inch or so.. just got a quote off hubbys friend for the part with his 38% discount.. and its £178 for the part alone.. think will be chocking it shut until his friend can get one from the scrapyard. Theres no way can afford that and out of principle thats astronomical!!!

Try not to stress over it Ang, I know car parts are expensive....try having a MGZR [:(] but you have to get it done, so contact your IP.

Hope the weather's better with you than it is with me - miserabkle down here.....the weather, not me [:D]

Hope you get something Ang. We've got lots of stuff from the scrap yard for our car, look on ebay too, sometimes people break down a car and sell off any parts you want. X

Thanks Viki.. Gary got the part off a dealer on ebay £17 incl p&p.. you're a star!! And his mate can fit it.. woo hoo hope it's ok

eBay is great for car bits and bobs - better than a scrappy I think these days!

Glad you got sorted out Ang, it's great when you see something going your way for once and what will be even better is having a window that goes up and down when you want it to and not the other way round!
