Sorry but not sure what to do - I wrote yesterday and two people said get their emails from Admin and I could chat more. Andy also wrote after that saying if I wanted those email addresses then let him now. I sent a message via somewhere - not sure where now - and gave my email for you (Andy) to reply to - thought that would get to you but I haven't heard anything yet so obviously not sent it to the right place. Just let me know how I communicate with Admin - if that makes sense.

I've actually been a lot stronger today (there are lows and highs). I have been noting when Barclaycard have phoned and today I was quite firm with them - they phoned at 9.00pm on Saturday 8.50 am on Sunday and again today at 1.05pm - today I told them that I didn't like the way they kept phoning and that I considered 9.00pm on a Saturday unsociable hours and that they were harassing me, I also said that I was putting my affairs in the hands of insolvency practitioners and they would be hearing shortly - selective hearing of course coz the caller then said - are you in a position to make a payment today of 500 + pounds - no and if I paid you I would have to pay everybody else and I couldn't so that was not a fair way to do it - goodbye and phone down!!!!! Lets see what time they phone tomorrow!!!

When we handed over all our details to Melanie's team we were sent some standard letters to send to our creditors. We have done this. We have a total of 2 telephone calls up to now and 2 solicitors letters (Brachers Amex).
When the first creditor rang I asked them to wait pulled out a copy of the letter and said 'I have sent you a letter dated xxxx I will read it to you'. I read the letter and waited for the response. I hen said I will try and keep you updated, as I get more info I will pass it on to you. I will always answer the phone to people who are reasonable and polite to me. If I receive calls that are implite then I will reserve my right to put the phone down as I am no good to anyne if I become unwell as I won't be able to work and you won't receive anything. Up to now the people I have spoken to have been okay - all that said I am not going to hold my breath!

Good luck and just keep doing what you are doing. xx
