[:0][:0] To both of your moments FD - how disgusting! Some people have no pride do they?

[:D][:D] Julie - what are you like!

We have a water filter jug from which we fill the kettle. I regularly fill the kettle, put that in the fridge and try to put the jug on the kettle base!

I remember a few years ago I went to a funeral with my mum. I picked her up in a rush as usual and I asked her to pin my skirt as it was too big. When we went back to the house afterwards I took my jacket off and didn't realise straight away that mum had used a big pink nappy pin on the outside of the skirt! I presumed it would be a discreet small safety pin, but oh no!

Mine had to be walking through Liverpool city centre a few years ago on my way to work, and a rather attractive young lady walked past in the opposite direction, so, well you have to turn around and have a look dont you fellas? Apart from when there is a lamp post just in front of you that is!! I hit it full on the side of my head and I literally saw stars, and it was one of those metal ones, so there was this loud CLAAAANNNG noise as well. I staggered around, regained my composure, and then looked around to see if anyone had noticed - unfortunately, from the fits of laughter from 2 girls walking towards me I realised I hadnt got away with it!!

[:D][:I][:D] Up to My Neck!

A few years ago a couple of the sales guys from work went to Barcelona on business. They had been loads of times before and knew the layout of the airport, so it came as a bit of a shock to one of them when their flight was called and he went to walk out of the lounge and walked straight into a plate glass window that hadn't been there last time! Needless to say he didn't mention it himself!

Oh, and I once asked a girl introduced to me by a friend in a bar when her baby was due to make conversation, only for her to tell me she wasnt pregnant!! [:I] I'm not normally lost for words, but I couldn't think of anything even remotely witty to try and extract myself from that one, so I just muttered an apology to her. Lucky I didnt end up with this - [B)]
