I don't know what has reminded me of this, but when I was in infants school, I don't know how old I was, I had been off school with a touch of delhi belly.

I went back to school, obviously too soon afterwards, and had a bit of an accident whilst there.

I left that day, and my mum was there to meet me, and I apparantly announced, in a very loud voice, that I was wearing the teachers knickers! She used to keep spare ones in her desk - honest!

Jan.[:I][:D].....that's just reminded me when I was about 14 at school , I wasn't keen on gymnastics or rather not very good at it (apart from netball) so used to on occasions conveniently forget my PE Kit...on this one occasion though,I think my teacher sussed as she told me she had a spare pair of shorts for me to wear....I'm not kidding you, I was about a size 8 and she gave me a pair that were about a size 16, I was able to wrap them round my waist twice[:0] and she insisted that I had to wear them, gawd!!the embarrasment[:I] when I went into the gym, everyone burst out laughing at me but it did teach me a lesson to remember it from then on..the funny thing was,the girl who laughed at me the most accidently left her kit a couple of weeks later so had to do the same,it was soooo funny.....

This one's not funny, but for my mate was (he said afterwards) the most embarrassing experience of his life.
We were down in Bristol visiting our head office a few years back, it was in the summer, and it was SCORCHING hot outside, and even more so in the office where the air conditioning had decided to pack in. We were doing a tour of some of the processing areas, and my mate who thought himself a bit of a joker, came up behind a girl sitting at a desk who was working away at a keyboard. It was one of those ergonomically (??) designed ones, and he tapped her on the shoulder and said "Hey love, I know its hot outside, but look - its melted your keyboard!" - she swivelled round in her chair and he saw she was disabled and only had very short arms!! I blushed as I was embarrassed for him, but the look of horror on his face was a picture. The lady took it in good part though and didnt take offence which was lucky for him.

Well, it's happened again, another embarassing moment[:I]...I'm not having a very good Moby weekend at all as last night, sent my brother a daft text[:o)] to cheer him up, usual name calling etc! usual stuff that we send from time to time when without realising,I had sent it to his home telephone[:0] and his OH's daughter answered it!!..apparently it came out in a funny voice and she was in bits!![:D]...Then this morning, I went to put a washload on with my jeans among them (what is it with me and machines!!)..and yes, you've probably guessed it now, washed my moby too as forgot to check the pockets[}:)]..so now I have a soggy moby that won't work[:(]..oh well, thought I'd share this with you all anyway, will have to ring t-mobile now and admit how silly I am to them too,[:I] so at the moment I'm mobyless and miserable..[:(]

[:I] DM....glad your brother's family found the text funny.....I've had a text to my landline and it freaked me out [:0] The voice is scary methinks [:D]

Hope you get a new moby sorted out....I'd be lost without mine. Did drop it in the bath once but after I dried it out, it worked [:D]

I've never heard what that sounds like Julie, was going to send the text to our landline earlier before I realised that I couldn't[:(] but it probably did sound funny as I used a lot of daft words in it[:D]

Drying it out at the moment in the hope that it will start working again but hubby seems to think battery is damaged so I will ring t-mobile tomorrow to see if they can help, lost without it already[:(]

[:D]..Yippeee!!!, got a new mobile today so a happy bunny again..It's awful relying on them but you do miss them when you haven't got one.[;)]..On monday, I decided to ring carphone warehouse as I haven't upgraded my phone for two years, and wasn't going to bother, as I loved my little old phone, until my little accident on sunday that is!![:I]..then thought why not?..as it wasn't going to cost me anything to get the new one..It did worry a bit though when the guy on the phone said he would need to do a credit check to confirm all ok first[:0]..I did start to panic then but he came back and said all ok and posted it yesterday..The good thing as well is that I was able to transfer my sim card over with all the old information no problem as it was only the battery that got waterlogged!!..must be a bit more careful with this one[;)][:)].

You were lucky. A lot of posters have had contract terminated if the phone company has found out about their IVA's.

I've been with O2 for years now, and will stay with them when my contract is up for renewal in August - that way they shouldn't do a credit check at all.

[:D]Glad you got it sorted DM! I had to go 2 full days without my phone whilst i waited for a new battery, and i felt like my right arm was missing! Isn't it funny how we come to 'miss' such things! We're currently computerless and it's driving us all mad...i'm having to switch between using the internet on my phone and popping round to my mums just to post on here[}:)]!.. I'm also trying to remember what we used to do with our time before we had a computer[:D]!
