60 months from the date on your court paperwork that your IVA was approved, providing that you haven't defaulted any payments. Any cheques sent direct to the IVA company prior to the approval date do not count as part of your 60 payments.
Helen is correct Jinx, some of these upfront payments do count towards the IVA.

Oooh I wonder when my last payment will be then....My IVA finishes on 4th October 2010 (OMG THAT'S SOOOOO NOT FAR AWAY!!!) but my payments are made on the 15th of each month. I know I paid October 2005's payment by cheque, so I wonder if I'll have to pay October 15th as well???? Right....off to pen an email to GT.....
Just check with your IP as to the date of your final payment so there are no nasty surprises.
