I've no idea, but the best thing would be to check with your IP nearer the date.

60 months from the date on your court paperwork that your IVA was approved, providing that you haven't defaulted any payments. Any cheques sent direct to the IVA company prior to the approval date do not count as part of your 60 payments.
its a marathon not a sprint!

I'm out of my mind but please leave a message!

Helen is correct Jinx, some of these upfront payments do count towards the IVA.

Oooh I wonder when my last payment will be then....My IVA finishes on 4th October 2010 (OMG THAT'S SOOOOO NOT FAR AWAY!!!) but my payments are made on the 15th of each month. I know I paid October 2005's payment by cheque, so I wonder if I'll have to pay October 15th as well???? Right....off to pen an email to GT.....

Good luck with the rest of your IVA's all

Not long to go now - must be a wonderful feeling.

Just check with your IP as to the date of your final payment so there are no nasty surprises.

Hi clareyfarey, my understanding is that if your IVA is for 5 years you make 60 payments.

Since your first payment was in October 2005 the 60th payment will be in September 2010.

With my first payment having been made in July 2005, my last payment goes next week [8D].

My standing order expires after next week's payment so as far as I am concerned that is the end.

60 monthly payments plus extra payments from bonus and Sharesave plans.

A tough journey, but no more borrowing for me.

Wow almost done for you 31101932!

Clareyfarey, almost there, I'm counting down now, almost half way for me x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
