Hi Fuzzy,

I know it is easy to say, but don't panic! Where have payplan got the figure of £140 from? Is it annual review time?

Hi Fuzzy,

Hang in there - hopefully Lizzy will pick up on this tomorrow and be able to assist.

Where are they getting this sum from? Have you had a payrise?

Hi Fuzzy - I can feel your desperation but do try and stay calm. Why have you been asked for a £140 uplift? Have you completed a new I&E that shows whether you can or cannot afford the increase? We're all here with moral support for you xx

Some of us do worry a lot, myself included and we can't help our make up.

Good on your family member but don't let things get too much for you and remember we're always here xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
