Hi ALI2201,

How did you get on with your offer to your creditors and DFD? I am with them (you may have read my postings) and my IP has not replied to any of my letters or emails in the last 4 or 5 months! I have been speaking with his colleagues and that's it! I am trying to sell my house to offer a settlement of around 35 -39p to the pound. Any advice very welcome.
