Hi
Well you are half way there, your creditors will possibly give you a twelve month timescale and if by then the house is not sold then they can extend

Thanks for all your positive messages guys!!

We are really having a change of luck!!

Last month with no rental income and the mortgage to pay, the car breaks down and costs £153

Then same senario this month with no rental income and the dog has sprouted a growth the size of a tennis ball on the side of her face. £70 at the vets today and no diagnose, so if the antibiotics don't work then its going to be a case of sedation on Tuesday. Don't get me wrong, the dog is very importatnt to us but we don't have her insured as she is 12 now and this is really bad timing financially.

Hopefully the tablets and injections will help, bless her.

Things can only get better!!!!!

Well our dog has responded well to the antibiotics and her swelling has gone down. The vet has said however that she does have a lump and will need a biopsy.

Our potential tenant has now told us she won't be moving in, in August as planned and today my tumble drier broke.

Talk about a testing time.

Anyone need to rent a house lol??
